"DANCE ACROSS AMERICA" is a concept designed to support The Andrea Rizzo Dance Therapy Program benefiting children in pediatric hospitals across the country, including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center as well as Ronald McDonald Houses and public schools. It is a unique way of combining DANCE and COMPASSION to help children with cancer and special needs. All dancers will have a chance to make a difference in the lives of fragile children by simply dancing and collecting pledges for as many or as few hours as they would like. Or one dance-a-thon a year at your studio can be a simple way of involving your dancers in helping these children through the power of dance.
